ORDERING

No, you do not need to set-up an account with us, but we do highly recommend it so you can follow your order & track your order always.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also accept PayPal & Khongboon Gift Cards (can be purchased online).

To check your order status, head to your account page and then click “My Orders” and you’ll see the status and the orders you have placed. For tracking, you will receive an automatic email (and SMS for DHL shipments) with the tracking details so you can follow your order to your doorstep accordingly. By Standard international Mail, we will send you an automatic email with tracking details and link for tracking.
Absolutely, all bikini tops and bottoms are shot and displayed together on the body; however all are sold as individual pieces so you can mix and match styles and sizes until you find the perfect swimsuit. Please note all prices for each bikini piece are as marked on the individual items

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes! We’ll make it easy for you, we ship to all locations and countries worldwide. Standard Mail takes between 5-15 business days usually worldwide and is $11 flat rate per per [package. And not just that, we also offer a flat rate fee of ONLY $19 PER SHIPMENT BY DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE. Sweet deal, right? You’ll have your order delivered within 3-5 days usually. If you’re ordering for over $100 USD we cover the cost of shipping completely for you.
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders above $200. Standard International Mail with Tracking is per order $11 USD worldwide (between 5-15 business days) We only charge a flat rate fee per order of $19 by DHL Express Worldwide (2-4 business days worldwide). Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames.
All orders are trackable so you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a confirmation email from us and DHL automatically once your order is dispatched. Simply click on your tracking link in the email to follow your order in detail until it reaches your doorstep.
Yes, however, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international returns, and therefore international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You can send your KHONGBOON gear to the address below: Khongboon Swimwear Thailand 49 MSI 3 Garden, Sukhumvit Road 12, Wattana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. Please note that there is a RETURN LABEL already included in your order, you can simply use that sticker and the package is ready to go!
Shipping and handling fees from your original order are not refundable for standard returns. If any items somehow would arrive damaged or you experienced an error with your order; please contact a customer service representative and they will immediately assist you.
There are no additional shipping charges for back ordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items ship via Standard International Shipping and Khongboon Group Ltd cover any (and ALL) additional costs involved.
No, sorry we do not offer that due to too many issues with the postal office.
No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HERE AT KHONGBOON, WE STRIVE TO CREATE A RISK-FREE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. If you like an item, but you realize that you selected the wrong size, color (or style/design), you get 30 days to send it back and swap it out for a different size, color or style/design at no additional cost or a full store credit of the order amount. Sweet deal, right? Here are a few quick rules to keep in mind regarding exchanges and store credits: Item(s) must be new and in the original packaging. Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered. Tags must be in place. Swimwear must have hygiene liners in place. Address to send returns to: Khongboon Swimwear Thailand 49 MSI 3 Garden, Sukhumvit Road 12, Wattana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. Simply securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to the above address.
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@khongboonswimwear.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!
Only orders placed on khongboonswimwear.com will be accepted for a refund or exchange as long as they are within the return policy conditions. Any item purchased at a retail store must be returned through that location according to that store's return policy.

Trouble with discount codes is commonly caused by expiration dates or what's in your shopping cart. Double check if the code you received has any restrictions, like a price hurdle or expiration date. Discount codes are also only applicable to "discountable" items. Exclusions include Gift Certificates, Sets, third party merchandise, and other items. Code still not working? GIFT CARDS

Yes. You can PURCHASE A GIFT CARD online. It’s super easy and makes the perfect gift at any occasion! They can be redeemed online and should be treated like cash as they cannot be replaced.

Yes! We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online guests is secure. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used to protect every transaction between our servers and your computer. We also use STRIPE as our secure payment gateway provider.
International payments are processed by our secure partner, STRIPE. Your credit card or banking statement will read STRIPEKHONGBOON.
