RETURNS & EXCHANGES
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
For us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Item(s) were not purchased with a discount of 25% or more. These sales are considered final and cannot be returned.
- Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging. When fitting your suit, we would suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing to avoid stains and damages.
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition, complete with its hang tag and sanitary strip.
Note: Accessories, GIVEAWAY ITEMS, and FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
We accept returns requested within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Returns requested outside of this period will not be accepted.
HOW DOES AN RETURN & EXCHANGE WORK. PLEASE HELP?
HERE AT KHONGBOON, WE STRIVE TO CREATE A RISK-FREE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.
If you like an item, but you realize that you selected the wrong size, color (or style/design), you get 30 days to send it back and swap it out for a different size, color or style/design at no additional cost for full store credit of the order amount.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
We currently do not offer direct size exchanges. You may, instead, return your item(s) for store credit and use this to repurchase your desired size or style. This way, you can re-order whatever item(s) you need and select throughout the website.
HOW (AND HOW SOON) WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT REFUND?
For returns from our RETURN PORTAL, once your return has been processed your store credit will be issued immediately via e-mail.
CAN I RESERVE ITEM(S) WHILE WAITING FOR MY STORE CREDIT REFUND?
We cannot reserve any item(s) while your return is yet to be approved.
DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE WHOLE ORDER?
No, you only need to return the items you wish to return.

CAN I RETURN AN INTERNATIONALLY SHIPPED ORDER?
Yes, however, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international returns, and therefore international return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Please visit our RETURN PORTAL to start the process. Here, you can smoothly go through the return process as well as follow the return to our nearest warehouse.
Please note that the cost of shipping is about 1/3 of your local post office as well. If any questions about HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will get back to you right away!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return.
DO YOU ALLOW CASH REFUNDS OR CREDIT TO MY BANK/PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
We do not offer PayPal or credit card refunds. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The store credit does not expire and may be used to purchase any item from our store.
We understand that getting the right swimwear fit could be tricky, but unfortunately, due to the costs of handling and processing returns, we cannot issue cash/credit card refunds for returns. That said, we do want you to get your order right the first time, so if you have any questions about our products or sizing, feel free to contact us at email@example.com
Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
If you would like to exchange your product(s), please go through the RETURN PORTAL.
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for us to get your exchange back to you. Once we have received your items, we will endeavor to exchange out as soon as possible.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN YET?
You will receive an e-mail when your return is received, and your refund has been processed.
For returns from outside the US, shipping can take up to 15 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose. We will process your return 1-3 business days after we receive it.
Note: Make sure to keep a copy of your shipping receipt. Should there be any issues with the shipment of your return, this will serve as your proof of delivery.
WHAT IS MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY/INCORRECT?
It doesn't happen often, but if you do have an occasion where you have received a damaged/faulty or incorrect item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will take it from there and sort you out right away!
Please do note that we are not liable for any damages caused by mishandling, and normal wear and tear.
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING FEES?
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, and stolen shipments.
Should you return an item purchased from us for store credit, you will only be credited for the price of the products.
CAN I RETURN MY FINAL SALE PURCHASE?
We understand that final sale purchases can be frustrating. However, please know that pricing on final sale items are below cost, and discounting this low is highly unusual.
Because of this, we need to be strict about not accepting any returns on product marked as final sale. We hope you can understand our position.
I DID NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT ON KHONGBOONSWIMWEAR.COM, MAY I RETURN THROUGH THE WEBSITE?
Only orders placed on khongboonswimwear.com will be accepted for a refund or exchange as long as they are within the return policy conditions. Any item purchased at a retail store must be returned through that location according to that store's return policy.
