WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders placed Monday – Friday usually ships within 24-48 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time of 4 pm daily will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is much appreciated.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
Please note that conditions and timeline for SALE and GIVEAWAY offers will vary due to the high demand and time it takes for handling and shipping due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. Â To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart, and select "Begin Checkout." In the "Shipping address" section, select the "Country" drop-down menu.
If your country is included in that list, then you can go ahead and place an order.  If your country is not included, then, unfortunately, we do not ship to you at the moment.  In this case, we would suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment accordingly.

We offer several methods of shipping to suffice your required delivery timeframe. Depending on the shipping method you chose, orders typically arrive within 3 –5 business days for express shipping, once leaving the warehouse.

Sorry, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses in Asia at this time.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it through our TRACKING PORTAL until it's delivered to your doorstep.
TRACKING AN ORDER
To check your order status:
- Log in to your KHONGBOON account.
- Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
- Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
- You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.
Please do note that you will also receive an automatic e-mail (and SMS for DHL shipments) with the tracking details so you can follow your order to your doorstep accordingly.
By Standard international Mail, we will send you an automatic e-mail with tracking details and link for tracking.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
You should have received a confirmation e-mail instantly after placing an order. A shipping e-mail should also follow as soon as we finish processing your request. If you did not receive an e-mail from us at all within a few hours of placing your order, please check your Spam folder. It is also possible that you entered the wrong e-mail address, or it was misspelled when you checked out.
If you think you gave us the wrong e-mail address, please do e-mail us at info@khongboonswimwear.com to have the necessary information sent to your correct e-mail address.
WHY WAS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?
Some countries impose a value limit on international shipments. If your order is above the limit for your country, your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.
BACKORDER SHIPPING
There are no additional shipping charges for back-ordered items that ship separately from the original order. Back-ordered items ship via Standard International Shipping and Khongboon cover any (and ALL) additional costs involved.
MY ORDER TRACKING STATUS SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT.
We know how important your order is! This is the very reason why Khongboon provides complete tracking information. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake.
Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.We are always willing to help when this happens. If the package is still missing, please let us know. We will help out right away to resolve it and sort you out!
However, we are not responsible for packages whose signature requirement was released.

WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
Your items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Because of the geographical distance, we have no choice but to offer shipping at the listed rates during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Rest assured that we are continuously finding ways to reduce the costs you have to pay.
I JUST REALIZED I JUST PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS.
Kindly contact us at info@khongboonswimwear.com as soon as possible. We will gladly change your shipping information for as long as your item has not yet been shipped.
In case you gave overt and obvious incomplete information, Khongboon will e-mail you and hold your package until you respond. We are not responsible for any delays brought about by this scenario.
If the error is not apparent and your item has already been shipped, Khongboon will be charging you the additional fees we will be incurring to change your shipping details. This amount varies on a case-to-case basis, and we will provide you with the exact invoice we receive from DHL.
