- MY FREE ITEMS AND POINTS ARE NOT SHOWING UP. PLEASE HELP ME?!
- You will be given the option to manually add the item from our rewards widget (the one with the present icon). Alternatively, you can find the products from the store and add them to your cart. The rewards are simply discount codes or gift cards, which will be e-mailed to you. Afterward, you can then use them to make the items free.

- CAN I USE MY CODES DURING SALE PERIOD?
- No. Because items are already discounted during special promotions or sales on the website, discount codes are not eligible for use then.

- I HAVE PURCHASED FROM YOUR STORE BEFORE, DO I GET KHONGBOON POINTS FOR THIS AS WELL?
- Points cannot be issued retroactively, so we cannot issue you points for purchases you made before the launch of the rewards program.
