About You – The agent/rep:

The Sales Agent is a key member of our team in the US market, responsible for growing our B2B business platform on the East Coast and its territory. You will be pursuing new relationships grow current into great partnerships. The Sales Agent will provide world-class customer service and cultivate positive customer relationships.

The Sales Agent will research, pursue, close new sales, using leads and cold calling. They will ensure accurate order entry, gather information proactively, new account generation, problem solve, and maintain strong relationships with our customers. There will also be traveling included which Khongboon cover 100% in terms of road shows/trade fairs and as we together see fit to grow the brand and its presence in the market.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years as a Sales Rep preferably within the same industry (or fashion at least)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Open to travel with work to visit and see clients
• Organized and able to multi-task
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and energetic attitude
